Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Split-top hot dog buns (4)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Heat 2 Tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.

2. Add garlic and lobster; toss until warmed through (2–3 min).

3. Remove from heat, stir in herbs and lemon juice; season.

4. Brush buns with remaining butter, toast in skillet until golden.

5. Fill buns with lobster mixture and serve immediately.

Notes

• Use chilled cooked lobster from the shell for best texture. • Don’t overcook lobster—just heat until warmed. • For extra flavor, serve with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
