- 3½ cups vegetable broth
- 1 (3.5 oz) package ramen noodles with dried vegetables
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp chili oil
- ½ tsp minced fresh ginger root
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
1. Combine broth and noodles in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat; add soy sauce, chili oil, and ginger; simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Stir in sesame oil.
4. Garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
Add protein with a soft-boiled egg, tofu, or chicken. Spice it up with extra chili oil or sriracha. Boost nutrition by adding spinach, bok choy, or mushrooms.
