Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp avocado oil
3 cups broccoli florets
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up into crumbles, until no pink remains, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess grease and set beef aside.
2. In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
3. Add minced garlic, coconut aminos, sesame oil, ground ginger, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
4. Return ground beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 2 minutes to heat through. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Substitute coconut aminos with soy sauce if not strictly keto, but adjust carb count.
Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
