Tender, juicy pork chops seared and coated in a sticky honey-garlic glaze—ready in about 30 minutes. Perfect weeknight dinner that’s simple yet packed with flavor!

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless pork chops (¾–1″ thick)
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 34 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp cider or rice vinegar
  • Optional: pinch red pepper flakes
  • Fresh parsley or scallions, for garnish

Instructions

1. Pat pork chops dry and season with salt & pepper.

2. Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high; sear chops 3–4 min per side until golden. Remove and set aside.

3. Reduce heat to medium; add garlic, sauté 30 sec.

4. Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes; simmer 1–2 min until slightly thickened.

5. Return chops to pan; spoon glaze over for 1–2 min until internal temp reaches 145°F.

6. Transfer to plate; let rest 5 min while glaze reduces further.

7. Garnish and serve immediately. Leftovers reheat well in skillet or oven.

Notes

• Let chops sit at room temp 20 min before cooking to ensure even doneness. • A meat thermometer is best—145 °F, then rest to reach safe 145–150 °F. • Don’t overcrowd pan—cook in batches if needed for proper searing. • Add pinch of red pepper flakes for heat or swap soy for tamari. • Leftovers delicious sliced over rice bowls or added to stir-fries.
