1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Place ground beef in the slow cooker, breaking it up.
2. Add pinto beans and diced tomatoes with green chilies.
3. Stir to combine.
4. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
5. Stir in cheddar cheese before serving.
Notes
Substitute black beans for variety.
Serve with tortilla chips or rice.
