Instructions
1. Place ground beef in the slow cooker, breaking it up.
2. Add salsa and stir.
3. Cover and cook on high for 20 minutes.
4. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
5. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or on buns.
Notes
Use mild or spicy salsa to taste.
