- 4 chicken breasts (flattened to 1 cm) 🐔
- 1 cup flour 🌾
- 1/2 cup cornstarch 🌽
- 1 tbsp paprika 🌶️, 1 tsp garlic powder 🧄, salt, and pepper 🧂
- 1 egg (beaten with 1/2 cup milk) 🥚🥛
- Oil for frying 🛢️
- Sauce: 1/4 cup mayo 🥄, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp honey 🍯
- Slaw: 2 cups shredded cabbage 🥬, 1 shredded carrot 🥕, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar 🍬
- 4 burger buns 🥯, lettuce, and tomato 🍅
Instructions
1️⃣ Mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken in egg-milk mix, then coat in flour mixture.
2️⃣ Fry chicken in hot oil (350°F/180°C) 3-4 min per side until golden and cooked (165°F/74°C internally). Drain on paper towels.
3️⃣ For the slaw, mix cabbage, carrot, vinegar, and sugar. For the sauce, combine mayo, mustard, and honey.
4️⃣ Toast buns, spread sauce, add lettuce, tomato, chicken, slaw, and more sauce.
