Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
1. Soak chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 10 minutes.
2. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Dredge chicken tenders in breadcrumb mixture.
4. Bake at 400°F for 15–20 minutes or pan-fry until golden and fully cooked.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dip or side.
Notes
Try adding chili flakes to the breadcrumb mix for extra heat.
Best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
